For walk-in campaign days and sample / flyer drop campaigns, putting your prospect list on a map can be very useful in making the most of your time. This method only works if you have been entering complete address records, including city, state, zip, country, for most of your prospects and you have also been tagging your prospects as such, i.e. ‘Prospect : Dallas’.
To create a prospect map from your Highrise CRM records, simply export and download a csv file of your contact tagged as prospects. Then, go to maps.google.com and click “New Map” in the maps menu as shown below.
Finally, upload the csv you created and downloaded from Highrise into the maps.google.com only importing the essential data to create the map.
